On our way home from walking the dog my wife and I saw the Quality Carpet and Flooring van as it was servicing another house. We have a rug we have been wanting to get cleaned so took a chance and approached them.
Jerry and Brian could not have been more professional and easy to work with! About to leave the job they were on they took the time to come inside and take a look. They offered us a reasonable price and agreed to come back the next day with more guys to take the rug away as we had to prep the area.
They communicated clearly about when they would arrive, showed up with four guys to help move our dining room table with extra care, rolled up the rug and away it went. About a week later they brought it back after cleaning and treating the rug for pet spots. Rug looked noticeably better! The colors are vibrant again and our twenty year old rug looks brand new! With their help we were able to replace our rug pad with a new one and quickly put everything back in its place.
Great company to work with and very comfortable giving them five stars. Thank you Jerry and Brian!

We used Quality Carpet for a small remodel project, and we could not believe the quality of work and communication we were given from this company. If we ever need flooring in the future we would use them for sure. Jerry and Brian the owner and his guys were so professional, they were clean they did not leave a mess for me to clean up! I could not be happier with the end result, I would have paid 20% more knowing the end result of their work....My hats off to a well ran company!
Jerry and his crew are professional, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've been having issues with my dryer vent for the last three years. I've had four different companies out to clean the vent and no one was able to get through the opening and restore the airflow. I was told I would need to re-vent the dryer elsewhere. Quality carpet and flooring came out on short notice with a truck mount system and was able to clear the vent this morning. I'm soo HAPPY with their work. There was a glass bottle stuck in the venting system no one else was able to get out. Would highly recommend this company. Will be using them again and referring to family and friends.

We hired Brian & Jerry for a pretty big renovation project, we're new homeowners and they helped so much throughout the entire project. We have brand new tile, carpet, and they assisted us with refinishing the wood floors. It all looks amazing and we highly recommend them for your flooring services! Super sweet guys and they take pride in making sure you're happy in the end. Thank you!!

Jerry and his company are absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend them to anyone needing new flooring installed. Jerry went above and beyond with communication, following up, and making sure I knew what was happening every step of the way during this process. The floors look *beautiful* and much better than the previous laminate floors there before!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We went with Quality Carpet to install new carpeting for our Optometry office after Jerry & Brian came out to discuss and quote the job. They were extremely professional and accommodating. When we requested to match our existing cove base that was not easily available, they had it delivered in time for our installation. The installation the done well and we are extremely pleased. There were a few areas we had concern over with seam placement and they were very responsive to address those areas. We were so impressed with the service and everything looks wonderful! We will continue to use them for routine cleaning and definitely use them for our home as well. It's nice to support a local business as well. The name say it all...Quality!
